Hey Buddies!

I’m Cath!

Meet the Founder

I created ADHD Buddies from a very real place of lived experience, frustration, and hope.

Like so many people in the ADHD community, I’ve spent years trying to navigate systems that weren’t designed for neurodivergent brains. Cycling through over 50 jobs, Juggling overwhelm, burnout, and the constant feeling of having to “figure it out alone.” I know how isolating that can feel, especially when you’re just trying to get through everyday life, let alone build something meaningful or stable.

ADHD Buddies started as a simple idea: what if there was one place where people with ADHD could actually find what they need, without endless searching, confusion, or shame? A space that brings together trusted services, supportive communities, and ADHD-friendly resources all in one directory, designed with real life in mind.

This platform is built to make things easier. Whether you’re looking for diagnosis support, coaching, wellbeing services, work guidance, or just a sense of connection, my goal is to help you find it faster, and feel less alone while doing it.

I’m passionate about creating something that feels practical, human, and supportive. No overwhelm, no judgement, just clear pathways to people and services who genuinely understand ADHD and how it shows up in everyday life.

ADHD Buddies is still growing, just like I am. But at its heart, it will always be about one thing: making life a little easier, and a lot more connected, for our ADHD community. You don’t have to do this alone.

I’m really glad you’re here. 🌻
