Refund Policy

At ADHD Buddies, we are committed to providing supportive memberships, community access and digital resources designed to assist and connect our members.

Memberships

All ADHD Buddies memberships are billed either monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation requests can be managed through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, membership payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. This includes situations where a member chooses not to use the community, resources or membership features after payment has been processed.

When a membership is cancelled, access to member-only areas and benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides and other digital materials are generally non-refundable once purchased.

If you experience issues accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Live Events & Workshops

Where applicable, tickets or bookings for live online events, workshops or sessions may have specific cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is found to have a major problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
